Find joy in creating and discover new techniques during Sztukarnia’s workshops conducted in English. We’ve been running our art classes since 2011.
We put great emphasis on high-quality materials and professional instructor support. During the workshops at Sztukarnia, you’ll have the chance to gain specific knowledge and practical skills. On top of that, you’ll spend your time pleasantly, creatively, and in a truly artistic atmosphere.

Our workshops are designed for both beginners and advanced participants. We don’t divide students by their skill level – tutors give advice tailored to each person’s current work.
Art classes for adults take place in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Just check the
schedule and choose what suits you best.
We take care of everything during the class. The workshop price includes all materials and full instructor support. The only thing missing is you.
Our workshops
Ceramics workshops
instructor: Kamila Nyckowska
Clay is one of the most rewarding materials to work with. It encourages relaxation, creativity, and exploring new ideas. In our workshops, you’ll learn how to independently create mugs, plates, bowls, and more, and we’ll introduce you to endless decorating possibilities and different types of firing. During our single ceramics workshops – hand-building – you’ll create your own piece. After it dries and is fired, it will be ready for further finishing. At our glazing workshops, you can decorate your already fired ceramic pieces or buy ready-made bisque items on-site and focus solely on decorating. After firing, your pieces will be ready for pickup.
First encounter with watercolour
instructor: Kamila Nyckowska
During this class, participants will learn the basics of this unique painting technique. Under the instructor’s guidance, you’ll experiment with colour and water, creating your own atmospheric compositions. These relaxing workshops encourage casual conversation, cooperation, and slowing down – while letting everyone take home a beautiful, self-painted artwork. It’s a perfect way to spend time in a creative, artistic setting.
Natural candle-making workshops
instructor: Paula Szymańska
Candle-making workshops offer a solid portion of practical knowledge you can easily use at home. We’ll turn the studio into a fragrant workspace and teach you how to choose waxes and create your own scent compositions. Everyone will find something that suits them, and the variety of fragrances, along with the soothing effect of candlelight, will naturally spark conversations and help you connect with others.
Painting workshops

Still life, portrait, or maybe abstraction? We’ll choose a theme tailored to your needs, and you’ll spend creative and meaningful time working on your first paintings! These classes are also a great opportunity to learn the technical aspects of classic acrylic painting.
Forest in a jar
instructor: Magda Zawadka
These classes are a perfect option for lovers of greenery and good design. During our forest terrarium workshops, we’ll spend some time close to nature – you’ll choose your own plants, and we’ll teach you how to select the right substrate, create a harmonious composition, and care for your little forest in a jar. Working with plants and soil will help you unwind, and the process of creating something together will naturally support group bonding.
First encounter with a sewing machine

These workshops were created for everyone who wants to learn how to sew but has never had any contact with sewing equipment before. It’s a great opportunity to learn how to operate a straight-stitch sewing machine and to make a bag designed entirely by yourself.
